US_Solution Consultant IT E_Level S

Main activities and responsibilities: 
  • Document relevant business processes to support Salesforce design 
  • Design, create, and implement configuration changes in an integrated Salesforce enterprise environment 
  • Perform system administrator functions, including user management, profiles and role hierarchy 
  • Create and maintain Lightning pages, page layouts, list views, fields, reports, and dashboards 
  • Partner effectively with external Salesforce implementation partners and consultants 
  • Coordinate sprint backlog, releases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 
  • Maintain quality of application and troubleshoot user reported issues 
Critical competencies for the position :
  • Experienced working in Salesforce Lightning on the Sales Cloud and Partner Community Cloud (PRM) 
  • Relevant experience, including enterprise consulting experience, in a mid-to large-sized organization in positions of increasing responsibility 
  • Proven results leading customer and/or partner success stories 
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective relationships at all levels of the organization is a key requirement in this position. 
As all documentation is in English, proficiency in the English language is required. Must be local candidate as expected to be onsite.
