This group was launched in 2005 with the vision of simplifying 401(k) plans to help any size business and their employees save more for retirement. We saw a big need to leverage digital ease, investments services, and retirement plan know how to help lower costs and better serve the businesses of America. We were pioneers in the 401k industry by using online quote and purchase capabilities and all-index based investing roster using ETFs. 
As a SalesForce Administrator, you will help the line of business in the development, enhancement and maintenance of our Salesforce.com instance. You will support the business processes for the 401(k) line of business to ensure the overall success and appropriateness of the Salesforce Functionality. 

Responsibilities & Requirements
Work with Product Owners and varied related third parties to optimize tracking of customer acquisition and retention results for 401(k) line of business
Develop best in class salesforce architecture and deployments 
Develop, test and deploy the latest salesforce.com enhancements, custom objects, code and solutions
Operate with a high level of autonomy, designing work plans, resources requirements and organizational strategies required to accomplish necessary analysis and decision making
Identify, develop, and implement strategies and tactics to maintain and increase performance of the company’s CRM to achieve Sales and operational goals
Provide guidance and consultation to other CRM team members on their assignments relating to CRM system enhancements and defects
Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the CRM system which includes enhancements, configuration, development, and identification of defects within the Salesforce.com system
Manage complex initiatives related to CRM system enhancements and new business process deployments
Collaborate with Information Technology staff for implementation, enhancements and maintenance of CRM systems and associated business functions
Provide consultation to internal business leadership on the implementation of specific business strategies to achieve their business goals
Provide Subject Matter Expert level consultation to business users of the CRM system to optimize CRM usage

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
5 Years’ experience in Salesforce systems development 
Significant experience as a Certified Salesforce System Administrator
Ability to develop applications and build out new fields within Salesforce 
Passion for exploring potential business solutions apart from the familiar
Knowledge and experience with solutions from the AppExchange, Salesforce Process Builder, Flow, and other advanced administrator tools and capabilities
Experience with Data Integrity and Data Cleansing on the Salesforce platform
Knowledge of business processes associated with customer acquisition and retention, and their operational flow and data requirements
Effective communicator with demonstrable excellence in written and verbal communication
Ability to craft and deliver training to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
Demonstrated analytical ability, able to “think outside the box” and able to move abstract concepts to concrete actions and effective strategies
Working knowledge of Marketo and Ringlead applications a plus
