Resource Acquisition Manager (Job Code: 1003)
Responsible for providing management for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding and retention, and other recruiting activities for named accounts in the US and abroad; conduct job qualification with the client managers and managed service providers; provide stewardship reporting to clients per contractual requirements; distribute, prioritize and manage open requisitions; develop and mentor recruitment teams, in an effort to improve performance; develop and manage recruiting metrics and provide feedback to staff on individual and team progress; onboard, train and supervise new employees; achieve business unit targets and metrics; identify, implement, and enforce best practices and continuous improvement in recruiting and sourcing; maintain and generate new business within existing customer accounts; negotiate pay rates and bill rates ensuring profitability; establish relationships with client and provide assistance and overall support; resolve issues with consultants at assigned client sites; analyze customer needs, develop strategies for satisfying those needs, and execute planned strategies; act as a strategic partner accountable for developing and executing a staffing/recruitment strategies; provide accurate and timely reports as required by the upper management; create innovative employment marketing strategies to increase the talent pipeline functions for traditional staffing and VMS customers; manage Stefanini employment brand, while supporting sourcing strategies for hiring needs and market expansion; ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and work processes; utilize End-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, recruitment metrics, employment marketing strategies development, Boolean Search, Dice, Monster, Beeline VMS tool, Taleo, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, SDLC and IT infrastructure to perform duties; ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations; and engage in a planned program of self-development and training, ensuring currency in knowledge of product/services and sales processes.
Location: Southfield, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US;
Salary: $75,795 per year
Education: Bachelors Degree – Business Administration, Agribusiness Management, Management, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Team Lead, as a Sr. US Technical Recruiter, or in a related occupation.
Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years use of all the following: End-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, recruitment metrics, employment marketing strategies development, Boolean Search, Dice, Monster, Beeline VMS tool, Taleo, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, SDLC and IT infrastructure.
