Stefanini is looking for an enthusiastic individual to strengthen the Global Pre-Sales team of Infrastructure Services and provide pre-sales solution design capability for new and existing customers globally.

You are recognized as the subject matter expert both internally and with customers developing complex technical solutions as part of an overall solution framework and engagement team. This role will translate client needs into specific technical requirements that are agreed upon contractually and with the line of business members ultimately responsible for operating them; including conceptual services design, detailed costing, contractual statement of work, and SLAs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • PreSales (75%)
    • Perform the duties of managing, organizing, and administering proposal solutions from Enterprise Services (ES) and all Centers of Excellence (COEs) to include:
      • Cloud Services
      • Unified Endpoint Management
      • Security Services
      • Infrastructure Services
      • Enterprise Architecture
  • The individual will be a part of Pre Sales function and be responsible for responding to RFP/RFIs, design solutions to meet customer requirements, conduct presentations and prepare effective business case.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with CIO/CEO/senior leaders of large global enterprises, translating business requirements into solutions
    • Act as solution manager for within ES solutions, driving efficient and effective solutions from CoE Managers and documenting and presenting those solutions to the Stefanini Solution Center and/or Customers
    • Ability to provide strategic leadership and orchestrate offerings/go to market, aligned to the changing IT landscape, with modern IT Infrastructure solutions
    • Ability to understand key opportunities driving the deal and designing innovative solutions to drive differentiation
    • Perform interviews with customers to help identify requirements.  Maintain SharePoint Task and documentation library real time.  Continuously seek areas of improvements
    • Work continuously with Proposal Office to develop solutions for inclusion to proposals, as well as working with pricing analysis to provide labor mix for pricing models.
    • Build/Develop and present to potential / current customer meetings to include initial capabilities and bid defense presentations.
  • Enterprise Architect (25%)
    • Align IT strategy with the overall organization's business strategy & processes.  Drive transformation through the organization, especially in IT, by architecting how the current and future needs of the organization will be met through a sustainable and agile plan.
  • Knowledge of latest technology trends related to End User Computing, Infrastructure, cloud, IT operations etc.
    • Holistic design and development of short & long-term plans for transformation of several key technology areas including but not limited to:
      • Security
      • Network & Cloud Computing
      • Mobility
      • Enterprise Computing
      • IT Management
      • ITIL
      • End User Computing
  • Create the documented roadmaps for both short and long term scalable operations.  Meet with stake holders at all levels to identify what is required to create the road maps mentioned above. Work with employees on all levels to ensure there is a mutual understanding of the goals to be accomplished and what their role is in the delivery of those goals. Work with solution architects to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution. Be a key resource in IT governance decisions.  Perform financial modeling of solutions as they relate to IT investments. Develop and execute an EA communication and education plan Review opportunities and develop cost effective solutions

Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education and Training Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study
  • 10+ years combined experience working across multiple IT disciplines including, but not limited to:
    • Security (e.g. NOC, SOC, design and implementation of Security strategy)
    • Networking technologies (e.g. Cisco, f5, Juniper; routers, firewalls, switches; VoIP, RADIUS, TACACS+)
    • Mobility (both end user devices and application deployment for internal users and customers)
    • Enterprise Computing (e.g. OS: Windows, Linux, UNIX; servers, blade servers, NAS, SAN, PKI)
    • IT Management (e.g. Has worked in Director level position or demonstrated ability to persuade management to spend funds on items that have driven IT transformation while improving day to day operations;  Has created an IT organizational structure that improved the efficiency of the organization holistically)
    • ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma (e.g. Use of ITIL, Lean, and/or Six Sigma processes to greatly improve an area of IT)
  • Experience working across multiple industries
  • Proven experience in solution design and supporting sales
  • Highly motivated and energetic
  • Ability to travel up to 25-40% of the time
