Position Description:  
•This is for a single (1) On-Site T&M Senior Pega Architect to provide lead architectural support for initial set up and providing ongoing architectural support of Pega Platform for client.
•This resource will support defining the architecture, governance, and design standards for Pega development at client site.
•This person should be aware of best practices and be able to review solution requests and designs against best practices to help align with the future vision of Pega at client. 
•Provide lead architectural support for initial set up and provide ongoing architectural support of the Pega Platform for client’s NAFTA.
•Define, develop, document, and maintain governance for use of Pega at client.
•Participate in meetings for planning the Pega vision and roadmap.
•Make recommendations for Pega roadmap.
•Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment to ensure corporate-wide settings/configurations are aligned with business requirements.
•Identify, develop and document repeatable design and implementation methodologies using Pega.
•Communicate work status effectively and in a timely manner with other resources on the team (email, chat, phone)
•Participate in Intake meetings to review the project fit into the Pega platform.
•Suggest alternatives to custom solutions to render Pega out of the box solutions.
•Review Pega designs for existing and new applications to ensure quality, consistency, and fit within design guidelines.
•Perform code review for Pega solutions and functionality.
•Participate in any proof-of-concept / proof-of-value with the NAFTA ECM CoE architects as needed
•Participate in the architect community of practice & technical architecture meetings.
•Participate in Infrastructure & Architecture Prioritization meetings.
•Connect with product vendors for product bug, fixes, and next/new updates.
•Be well versed with Pega concepts and technology roadmap. 
Required Skills:
•Deep understand of Pega.
•Hands on experience in architecting & designing Pega application across a large enterprise.
•Ability to design Pega apps.
•Strong people-to-people skills.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Good organizational skills.
•Be able to work independently with minimal direction and well as a team.
