Proven ability to follow written procedures and can communicate well with customers, peers and managers. Self-starter, detailed oriented, have excellent customer service and technical troubleshooting skills.

Supports issues by visiting the end-user's location. Experience in all areas of Windows Devices. Physically located at the customer's facility providing support in an office and retail environment that consists of standard PC hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as providing network support. Deskside support includes remote sites that in some cases requires travel. Perform Weekly Inventory count and organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience providing deskside support
• 10 years of IT experience including Networks and Data center support

Project Management experience

• Proficient troubleshooting skills that includes hardware, software, and other break/fix issues which might include printing, networking, file shares, etc.

• Printer support can include barcode printers, various types of scanners

• Ability to resolve Windows (7 and higher) Issues and Errors

Equipment Procurement

• Vendor Management

Support the deployment of new application releases

Expenses for Mobile Phones/Internet Links/Consumables

• Infrastructure Execution

Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge (Meraki)

Microsoft Sharepoint 2013/2016

Experience on ITIL based environment

• Proficient in the latest Microsoft Office Applications (2013 and higher)

• Customer infrastructure support (wiring and connectivity)

• Maintain and abide with compliance activities (these activities are driven from a central compliance group).

• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences 

• Strong sense of customer service 

• Good organizational skills

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

• Ability to sift through technical issues and know what to do next and/or when to escalate for help

• Ability to multi-task 

• Team-oriented / team player / ability to share ideas as well as listen to ideas

• Ability to walk and bend and perform labor-related duties of connecting computer equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when moving electronic equipment

Support the deployment of new application releases

Perform limited Admin functions for AirWatch mobile device management.

Functions include the addition and maintenance of devices, running basic reporting

Level 1 and Level 2 Hardware support on Apple devices-troubleshooting and deployment

            iPad 

            iPhone

Level 2 and Level 3 Hardware support on Non-Apple devices

            Printers-Epson, Xerox, Lexmark

            Dell laptops and desktops
