What will you do?
- Provide desk side IT support to various end users in a large enterprise environment
- Support mobile devices & other technologies professionals use
- Responsible for ITSM tool & ticket management
- Face to face with customers communicating expectations and other IT break/fix tasks
- Work with other vendors and leadership on greater outages/tasks in line with standard IT support models
- Provide troubleshooting support for multiple home grown and off the shelf operating systems & software
What do you need to succeed?
- 1 Years experience in an IT Support Role
- Flexible, efficient and able to work independently
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Team focused
- Flexible to cover alternative sites if required
- Full Driving Licence
