Customer Service Representative

Experience in customer service or sales
Heavy phone volume experience.
Must have superior communication and customer service skills, including professional empathy, customer care, passion and enthusiasm, problem solving skills, and the ability to overcome basic objectives. Must be professional in communication and appearance at all times.
Must be able to multi-task between phone and computer work within an active call center environment, and work collaboratively amongst other team members to ensure excellent customer service. Follow-up skills and experience in managing work queues are essential.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and be able to navigate general software applications. Excellent spelling and grammar skills are essential.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
PLUS: Prior experience in a call center and/or sales environment preferred.
PLUS: General knowledge of consumer loan process preferred.
Inbound calls may be required
Calling DMV Offices and Financial Institutions
Meet an SLA of 1 business hour for all requests received throughout the day
Adhere to assigned schedule including breaks and lunches
Follow all compliance actions as they are communicated.
Follow call script and QA requirements
Disposition calls before disconnection with customer
