Overview: 
  • Administration support is required by the Organisational Effectiveness team to support during the busiest period of the Employee Engagement Survey.
  • The role will be reporting to the global survey lead (Claire Hughes based in the UK) and report to the Waltham MA office location. The role will involve monitoring the shared mailbox and logging any enquiries, answering queries from the Survey Champions in the UK and US, re-sending log in details for the online results portal, requesting password resets and additional access to the results portal.
  • This role will interface directly with the project team, the third party vendor, and champions / employees across the company via email.

  • Ability to work under own initiative 
  • Quick to learn new skills 
  • Skilled in Office Suite and Outlook, comfortable learning simple process in new systems
